Belly Dancing for Adults
Either of these Belly Dance classes/courses is ideal for absolute beginners. No previous belly dance is required. You learn the basic moves and history of belly dance. Over 6 weeks Hannah will cover basic moves and combinations. Each Class is once a week and 1 hour in length.

What is Belly Dancing?
Belly dance is a Western term for traditional Middle Eastern dance styles. It is sometimes called Middle Eastern dance or Arabic dance in the West, or by the Turkish term çiftetelli (Greek: τσιφτετ?λι). The term "Belly dance" is a misnomer as all parts of the body are involved in the dance; the most featured body part in raqs sharqi being the hips. Things to bring/wear:
Wear clothing that is not restricting, wear tights/tracksuit and a fitting T-shirt or crop top. Bring a scarf or coin belt if you have one, dont worry if you dont I will provide you with one. Also bring a bottle of Water. |
